Frank J. Bozzo

Frank J. Bozzo joined Clements Bernard Walker (CBW) in May 2020 after working with Robert R. Richardson, P.S., for several years. Prior to that time, Mr. Bozzo was associated with other IP specialty firms after working as a patent litigator with general practice firms. Mr. Bozzo also spent several years on the faculty of the University of Arkansas School of Law where he taught Copyright & Trademark, Criminal Procedure, and other courses.

For most of the last 20 years, Mr. Bozzo has specialized in software patents in matters including aerospace technologies, database management systems, interactive television delivery systems, and end-user software systems. Mr. Bozzo also works with medical, electrical, and mechanical devices and advises clients on matters of copyright and trademark law.

Mr. Bozzo began his career as a Systems Engineer with IBM before earning his law degree at the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was selected as a Dillard Fellow and was named to the National Appellate Moot Court Team. At Brown University, Mr. Bozzo was inducted in to the Tau Beta Pi and Sigma Xi honor societies.
