Frank D. Cappella joined Clements Bernard Walker CBW) in January of 2017. As Managing Director of Firm Strategy & Development, Mr. Cappella is responsible for communicating our firms’ viability, value, and IP expertise. 

Mr. Cappella engages with many regional, national, and international business leaders across a wide spectrum of industries. He is also charged with firm-wide talent acquisition and strategy. 

Prior to joining CBW, Mr. Cappella was nationally recognized as a leader within the Executive Search Industry. He founded the C-Level Executive Accounting and Finance Search Firm, Coalesce Inc. While at Coalesce Inc., Mr. Cappella was retained to complete time sensitive and highly confidential searches for a number of multinational, multibillion dollar companies. 

Mr. Cappella values a consultative client approach and relies on innovative solutions that foster long relationships across multiple industries. Since joining CBW, Mr. Cappella has moved to launch a number of creative initiatives, while raising our firms’ profile as a premier Intellectual Property Law Firm. Mr. Cappella firmly believes CBW should be a natural extension of our clients’ corporate vision and passion. 

Prior to moving to Charlotte, Mr. Cappella resided in New York City. He is very active in his community and has a strong passion for educational matters. Mr. Cappella is also a professional and published songwriter, with over sixty full length compositions within his catalog. His work has appeared in various Film and Television projects. Mr. Cappella is a member of the performing rights organization, Broadcast Music, Inc.
